Founded on July 9, 2023, SDP+ and MPPA+ are independent, community-driven initiatives based in Hamilton, Ontario. We are dedicated to defending our community against digital fraud—protecting vulnerable seniors, adults from all walks of life, and youth from online exploitation, while empowering individuals with clear cybercrime education and victim guidance.
We won't tell you to pay fast. We'll tell you to think first.

Through SDP+ License #1001189105, we are committed to giving back locally. We proudly reinvest into health foundations, family causes, and youth organizations, including the Special Olympics, sick children's hospital foundations, health charities (diabetes, heart & stroke, cancer, dementia support), and the Ronald McDonald House.

About the SCAM DOWN Program & Founder Mission
Digital fraud and online cybercrime are constantly evolving, targeting our most vulnerable neighbors. The SCAM DOWN Program was established to bridge the gap between cybercrime awareness and practical community action. We focus on early education, clear victim evidence protocols, and targeted protection for youth through our Minor Protection Program Assistance+ (MPPA+) division. Whether protecting seniors from imposter schemes or educating post-secondary students on campus fraud, our mission is to build a safer, more resilient digital community for everyone.
